All orders are subject to availability and confirmation at the time of pickup. We reserve the right to cancel or modify any order for any reason, including pricing errors or compliance requirements.

Payments are processed through secure third-party processors. Meadows Dispensary does not store your payment card information. By completing a transaction, you confirm that you are providing accurate and authorized payment details.

All sales are final unless otherwise required by Colorado law or our stated return policy.

6. In-Store Pickup & Compliance

Online reservations and orders are for in-store pickup only. To complete your purchase, you must:

• —Present a valid, government-issued photo ID confirming you are 21 or older.
• —Be physically present at our licensed retail location.
• —Comply with all in-store policies and staff instructions.

Meadows Dispensary reserves the right to refuse any sale that does not comply with Colorado cannabis regulations or our internal compliance policies.

7. Returns & Refunds

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or materially different from what was described, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase at hello@meadowsdispensary.com.

We will evaluate each situation individually and, where permitted by law, offer an exchange or store credit. We cannot accept returns of opened or partially used products except in cases of documented defects.
